Whether you’re exploring a future in healthcare, hospitality, recreation, or nonprofit work, we offer meaningful opportunities to gain real-world experience in a supportive environment.

• Co-op Placements: In collaboration with local high schools, colleges, and universities, students can complete accredited co-op terms with our team.

• Internships: Postsecondary students in programs like nursing, social work, community recreation, marketing, and administration are encouraged to apply for internships aligned with their program goals.

• Job Shadowing & Observational Hours: Short-term opportunities are available for students who require observational hours or want to explore potential career paths.

• Volunteer-to-Hire Pathways: Get involved through volunteering and build a connection with our team—many of our casual and permanent staff began as volunteers or student interns.
