There’s always something!
At Pine Grove, each day offers something to look forward to. You might find residents laughing over a game of bingo, tapping their feet to live music, or sharing stories during a craft session. These moments aren’t just activities—they’re opportunities to connect, to feel joy, and to create a sense of community.
We know that well-being goes beyond medical care. That’s why we offer programs that feel familiar and uplifting—seasonal events, chapel services, or simply a stroll in the garden with a friend. Every activity is a chance to feel at home, surrounded by people who care.
Monthly Activities Calendar
A calendar with planned daily activities and special events is posted throughout the facility and available at the front desk. It’s also shared via social media, and copies can be distributed via email upon request. Residents and families are encouraged to participate in any programs they wish.
Resident Family Council
This council, made up of residents and their families, meets at least four times annually with activity staff. It provides a platform for residents to share suggestions or voice concerns, which are directed to the appropriate department. Minutes of these meetings are distributed.

Your time makes a difference. Volunteers bring joy, comfort, and connection to our residents while building strong ties to the community. You’ll have the chance to form meaningful relationships, learn new skills, and be part of something truly special.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Bingo Volunteers: Help facilitate bingo games and create a fun, engaging atmosphere for residents.
Recreation and Wellness Activities: Support exercise programs, live music events, and spiritual services.
Companionship Visits: Spend time with residents, offering conversation, comfort, and social connection.
Gardening and Outdoor Activities: Assist with maintaining our beautiful gardens and outdoor spaces.
Administrative Support: Help with special projects, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach.
