Working in Pine Grove Nursing Home have been special to me. Coming from the Philippines a year ago and working here as my first Canadian experience, I would say that I'm proud working here. It is really the people of Pine Grove that's really the value of the organization.

I felt the camaraderie every time I am working on the floor. The respect and diversity among each of one is evident, you can approach anyone if you need help. The leadership is very supportive, giving us trainings and updates to make everyone involves and relevant. And of course, the residents are great. they are all lovable and kind, their uniqueness makes our job fulfilling. I've learned a lot working here and made me a more competent PSW, I will be forever grateful to Pine Grove.

My siblings and I have all commented how much better Mom’s mental and physical health have become during the 11 months Mom has resided at Pine Grove.

We are convinced that one of the main factors in this significant improvement in her health is the walking program here at Pine Grove.

Mom turned 97 in September 2024 and because her mental health has improved so much, she participates in Bingo and trivia activities at PG and does very well at those. Recently she has started working on puzzles provided to her by PG staff and she does very well at that also.

Pine Grove is a good choice for anyone looking for a nursing home. The staff are so nice. I also find the nursing home to be very social, there is always someone to talk to or an activity to go to. There is so much variety at mealtimes. The food is top quality. The housekeepers are good at what they do and can’t do enough for us. As a resident for almost 10 years, I can say I’m very happy to live at Pine Grove and I am very well cared for.
